Anita Lo – Annissa

Our first celebrity chef is Anita Lo, whose food is distinguished by its strong multicultural influence. Anita is the owner/operator of Annisa in New York’s West Village, which features her inventive contemporary American cuisine. She’s also the author of Cooking Without Borders, and a veteran of Iron Chef America and Top Chef Masters.
